CNC Turning Technician (m/f/x)

What awaits you at Mynaric
Operate CNC turning machines independently and efficiently
Load materials and parts, prepare test runs, and oversee production cycles
Read CAD drawings and apply basic GD&T principles
Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize quality and output
Inspect, measure, and document finished products
Perform daily machine checks and routine maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with 5S principles
Proactively identify issues, solve problems, and contribute to process improvements
Flexibility to work in shifts as required
What you bring with you
Prior experience in CNC turning or completed technical education/apprenticeship preferred
Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Familiarity with measuring and inspection tools is an advantage
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel)
Effective teamwork and communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
